Company director – Mr. Dinh Xuan Moc said that thanks to good product quality, the company can retain customers and sell from 8000-10000 forest product processing machines / year with revenue of 80-85 billion VND / year.

The main stages in production include: Plating, milling, turning, punching, assembling and finishing the machine. The company leaders said that the company previously participated in the 5S program with the support of the Ministry of Planning and Investment with Japanese experts who directly trained and instructed. This program has helped the workshop to be improved, cleaner and tidy. However, after a few years of focusing on production and key personnel changing jobs, 5S activities at the company have not been well maintained. With the desire to revive the 5S movement and improve production efficiency, the company recently registered to participate in the TPM program supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade with the consulting unit, EPRO Consulting Joint Stock Company.

In addition, the company wants to standardize documents at CNC machines to help new employees quickly access the machines when there is a production shift in the near future when transferring some parts from production to sale. manual to automatic. Through actual survey of production at the factory and discussions with company leaders, consultants and company leaders agreed to implement the main pillars of the TPM program, including autonomous management, safety and health, coaching and training.

Besides, consulting to support the company to better implement 5S tool to create a foundation for TPM implementation, helping the factory to be more organized and professional. It is expected that the TPM integrated with 5S support program will start at the company in July 2020 and end in October 2020.
