Having been with Nam Hung Metal Joint Stock Company, Thuan Dao branch (Long Dinh commune, Can Duoc district) about 2 years, but Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong – Worker of Mechanical Engineering Department, contributed many ideas for Company. Some ideas have been realized and brought significant benefits to the Company; A number of other ideas are being implemented and the Company has a companion in funding. Among the ideas realized, the moon cutter is one of Cuong’s outstanding products. Ideas and products are born based on actual work.

Mr. Cuong shared: “Previously, Workers had to cut the moon by hand just slowly, just as much as 2-3 people. It is common for workers to inflate their hands after each cut. Because the cutting was done manually, the cut was not nice, uneven and it took two cuts for a large and a small circle of the moon. From that fact, I want to create an automatic cutter, just one operator and cut two large and small rings in one go to help protect workers’ safety, reduce labor force and create products. more beautiful, more”.

The idea formed, Mr. Cuong started up the drawing and embarked on implementing. And in just 2 weeks, taking advantage of the old machine, equipment, materials available at the company, moon cutter was born with an expense of about 40 million. It is known that the market price of the moon cutter is about 100 million. “In the process of doing it, I also encountered some difficulties, editing many times to get the finished product. Every time I had a hard time, I did not feel discouraged, but considered it a challenge to overcome. The product is completed and put into use, helping the industry to support the company extremely safely, and to help the company increase productivity and product quality. When this “brainchild” is completed, I have more motivation to continue creating many other useful products” – Mr. Cuong shared.

Since working at Long An Garment Export Joint Stock Company, Ms. Tran Thanh Diem Phuong has always been enthusiastic in her work and constantly innovated, so she was promoted in her job. The phone is currently a sewing technique. Ms. Phuong shared: “To be a good worker, not only do all the assigned tasks and responsibilities but also be creative”. Therefore, in the process of working, she always researched to find the best method, contributing to creating good quality products, high productivity, saving energy and time spent on products, bringing business efficiency for the Company and income for workers. With her efforts, Ms. Phuong took the initiative and actualized the technical improvement of the sewing stage of finished products of AT4216 (Nike). “When my innovation has not been applied, the product is uneven, unsatisfactory by the partner. After applying the improvement, the product has the right parameters, good quality, high productivity”- Ms. Phuong confided.
