Mechatronic worker with innovations in production

At Central Vietnam Seafood Import and Export Joint Stock Company, Mr. Vo Van Ly (born in 1976) is known to have many innovative technical innovations applied to production and benefiting hundreds of millions of VND for company per year.

Mr. Ly’s innovation initiatives come from the real situation, aiming to solve bottlenecks in the process to improve productivity. Typically the problem of material intake pipe blockage. Mr. Ly shared: “The liquid material pumping system, to load liquid additives in the company’s feed production formula, when the weather is changing, the materials will be condensed and lumped. This can lead to slowing down of the pump pipe, making it difficult for the pump to system, which could damage the engine. Moreover, during the operation process, workers have to manipulate them manually to pour materials into the machine, which will cause material loss during transportation. On the other hand, the liquid material is very slippery, so it is easy to slip and fall during the transportation, causing accidents for workers.”

As a person directly working with the system, Mr. Ly understands that the pipe problem will cause unnecessary waste for the company. Therefore, he calculated and designed a heat pipe to take advantage of the condenser water separator system in the boiler collecting tank to lead into the tank, and at the same time install a steam jacket for the pipeline system. The heating and heating pipes absorb better conditions for liquid material to move easily inside the pipe. After the company applied the test of Mr. Ly’s idea, it showed a very positive result, with the advantages such as: raw material is completely heat-liquid, no material loss. liquid material, product quality is more stable, production worker operation is simpler and safer. This initiative of Mr. Ly has helped the company save VND 200 million / year.

In addition, Mr. Ly is also the owner of the initiative “Design, process and install the conveyor system and automatic weighing”, “Design and construction of product oil jacket system” and co-author. of many other initiatives that are effectively applied in production such as: Improving the material paths from ladders to more reasonable containers”, “Repairing electronic weighing system 80 tons”, “Crusher, cracking Oil cake has benefited the company the amount of 135 million / year”, etc.

With continuous creative efforts over the years, Mr. Vo Van Ly has been continuously recognized as a good employee of the company. Not only that, he was also trusted by the board of directors, assigned instructions on the production process and practical machine and equipment practice for more than 80 workers in the company. In 2013, he was honored to receive the Nguyen Duc Canh Award for his creations. In 2015, he was a typical individual attending the 9th National Patriotic Emulation Congress and was awarded many certificates of merit and certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
