Manpower audits (MA) can help organizations build a human resource map to coordinate and properly use this resource.

Many of the global impacts are now changing the way the labor market operates. Human power is gradually being replaced by automation and technology 4.0 applications. As technology is growing, recruitment requirements are becoming more and more specialized, because hard, repetitive and repetitive jobs can now be done easily by robots.
