Established and put into operation in 2000, Long Hai Co.Ltd is fully equipped with modern large-scale production equipment, laboratories, and product quality testing standards of ISO 22000 together with the factory modern scale to ensure the strict requirements of the international quality management system ISO and HACCP. The company also bravely invested in machinery systems, new production lines, automation, food safety and hygiene with a total investment of over USD 4.0 million. In line with the fourth industrial revolution 4.0, the Company has actively applied automation technology, bringing robots into production.
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Deputy General Director of Long Hai Co., Ltd shared: “The company leadership has contactes with many foreign partners to learn, exchange experiences and introduce new technologies and technology lines make jelly jelly. At the time of applying new technology to production, there was no enterprise of jelly jelly boldly doing, even the big enterprises in China and the leading companies in this field ”. By attending the exhibition of food processing industry in Shanghai (China) in 2016, the Company learned about advanced technology that can be applied in production.
Realizing that the production line of a shrimp noodle manufacturing enterprise has many similarities with itself, the Board of Directors of the Company has bravely studied, researched and learned to be able to apply this technology in the process jelly production process. Experiencing many difficulties, the Company had to replace some parts, improve detail and redesign application software to be able to apply this modern technology line to production.
When applying new technology lines, more specifically robot systems in production operations, has helped a lot for businesses. Not to mention that the system has replaced human power in production, minimizing risks, especially in food processing. In the production and processing of food, the reduction of the labor production stages, the higher the level of quality assurance of the final product. Currently, from the stages of importing raw materials to packaging are handled through the self-assembly line, so the products all meet the TCVN on food safety and hygiene.
Thanks to the operation of this system, the Company’s production efficiency, increased by 3-5 times higher than before, the time to complete the product significantly decreased. If 150 workers / 12 hours previously needed to complete 7,000 cases of products, now with the robot system, only 50 workers / 8 hours can complete. So that significantly saves the labor of employees in the Company.
From the effectiveness of the application of robotic systems and automation technology in production, Long Hai Co.Ltd is expected to continue investing in a fully automated production system at the factory No.2. In the near future, the Company will develop more and more and bring its products to international market.
