Lixil Company: The examples of initiatives benefit billions of VND every year

On September 17, Ha Noi City Labor Union held a summation of the peak competition to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, commending the initiative among workers and employees of the Capital and launching the Campaign encourage officials and public employees to say no to negative and emulate the performance of workplace culture and public places. Accordingly, Lixil VINA Company has contributed to the list of rewards with 5 innovative initiatives bringing billions of VND.

Vietnam Lixil Co., Ltd. (Lixil VINA) is an enterprise with 100% Japanese capital invested, specializing in supplying and manufacturing sanitary ware and housing products such as doors, windows, exterior equipment, etc by aluminum and  High-class plastic for domestic and foreign markets. Launching the innovation and creativity movement to contribute to the development of the Company, Lixil Vina has received the participation of a large number of officials and employees. Many innovation initiatives bring about production efficiency and high economic value. Many initiatives received the commendation of the Hanoi Labor Union must be mentioned below.

First of all, there is the initiative to improve the gong of Mr Le Huy Hoan – the kiln director. From a 1-storey Gong, he improved to 2.3 floors help improve production of kiln output, minimize waste and save time. The initiative brings 5.5 billion VND/ year to the company.

Next is Ms. Le Anh Duong’s initiative to benefit up to 2.1 billion VND/ year for the Company. Initiative to improve surface quality of Cozy product code, converting mold from filling to sticking, handling of surface deformation errors.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh and Associates with the initiative to design an automatic door to benefit 2.2 billion VND / year. Mr. Dang Van Thao with the initiative of improving the system of testing features to benefit 1.8 billion VND / year. Mr. Chu Duc Giang with the initiative of fixing rim structure and hoisting crane item code C700VA to benefit 706.8 million VND / year.

With the spirit of proactively exploring, learning to improve technical skills, initiatives to increase production productivity, Lixil Vina’s officials and employees show that the emulation movement is strong and needs to be maintained and developed.
