For example, the total cost of production (VND / ton of product) decreased 22.5%, of which fuel costs decreased 32%; The rate of automation at production stages in 2020 will reach over 85%, compared with 55% in 2016; production capacity increased “breakthrough” by 150%; labor productivity increased 180%… Therefore, Lix has responded fully, promptly and quickly to large orders in just a short time.

In addition to investment in machinery and automation equipment, in 2020, Lix also conducted a test run of the E-TECH monitoring system in production management.

The feature of the E-TECH monitoring system is to fully meet the goals such as completing the production plan level> 99% compared to the set plan; The running speed is maintained as stable as set; increase machine operating efficiency> 90%; reduce the wastage of packaging materials according to the issued criteria and monitor the rate of machines put into use.

In addition, with the modern trend that production must be associated with environmental sanitation, Lix determines and development must be associated with ensuring the rights and health of workers and local residents. Environmental issue is always the first concern of the company. During the production process, the enterprise always commits to well perform the environmental work according to the State’s regulations, even exceeding the permitted limit of Vietnamese environmental standards many times.

In the coming years, in order to bring into play all resources to participate in scientific and technological research and application, Lix will build a contingent of highly qualified workers; at the same time, coordinate with strong units in scientific research and application to develop topics, so that the project has high applicability in production and business activities of the Company.
