Lean Marathon Submit 2019 Conference: Developing supporting industries’ competitiveness

Since 2014, the Lean Manufacturing Marathon initiative of consulting firm P&Q has contributed to the formation and promotion of Kaizen and Lean Transformation programs in many businesses, especially in the field of Supporting Industry in Vietnam. To honor the efforts and achievements of the Kaizen movement and promote the movement of businesses; to share the gained results and valuable experience in the process of factory transformation under Lean Management; to spread the spirit and the practices of Lean Management transformation to small and medium enterprises, especially enterprises in supporting industry.

In 2019, P&Q Solutions, in collaboration with the Department of Industry (Ministry of Industry and Trade), organized the 2019 Lean Marathon Summit 2019: developing competitiveness in supporting industry enterprises.
