Apply 5S and Intuitive management:
Rearranging the areas of Gallus printers, Offset printers, UV machines, box-sealing machines to create tidy and convenient working space for workers; The company has established regulations and criteria to evaluate and maintain 5S activities. Thanks to the theoretical and practical training, the employees of Hoang Ha are aware of the importance of maintaining 5S to improve productivity and quality of work.
Perform Quick Conversion:
Equipped with 04 ink chutes and 15 spare ink trays to replace in transition. The ink troughs and ink trays removed from the machine will be cleaned afterwards; Equipped with 02 sinks to soak and sanitize the aforementioned ink trays and troughs to reduce cleaning time in the transition process; Rearranging the order of steps to convert products so that the work is still done, but with the shortest time possible; Combine with 5S implementation, tidily arrange necessary items in the transition to reduce searching time. As a result, the product conversion time for Gallus printers has been reduced from 90 minutes / time to 6.5 -39 minutes / time. The company used solvents to wash and sanitize the ink films and ink trays. This solvent is reusable many times. Thanks to that, reducing the amount of ink rags (hazardous waste) 3,247.2 kg / year, corresponding to the cost of waste treatment reduced by more than 24 million / year.
