Lang Son: Technology investment is a universal key to help businesses improve productivity and product quality

In 2019, the Center for Industrial Promotion and Trade Promotion of Lang Son province has supported the rural industrial establishments of the province to invest in purchasing advanced production machines and equipment, contributing to increase productivity and improve quality product. Dong Thuoc Tea Processing, Packing Factory in Zone 3, Thai Binh Farm Town , Dinh Lap District is supported with 150 million dong from industrial promotion fund installed closed tea production line system. With a closed process from fresh tea buds to classification of packaged products, Dong Thuoc tea facility has increased its productivity and increased its output to 60 tons / year.  Output products are classified by product quality, with export orders always ensuring uniform quality, quantity and timeliness, limiting returned goods.

Trang Dinh Clean Agricultural Cooperative (Cooperative) received 170 million dong from industrial promotion capital was buy a milling machine, a dryer, a grit filter and a color separator to form a closed rice production chain. Thanks to new technology investment, the cooperative has created rice output with many models, quality assurance, and especially productivity increased significantly. The co-operative turnover in 2019 reached more than VND 2 billion.

Thuan Anh corn vermicelli production establishment at Binh Chuong village 1, Dinh Lap commune has also received support from the local industrial encouragement fund of 90 million dong to invest in machinery and equipment for making corn vermicelli including milling machines, grinding machines and kneading machines, rice washing machines, noodle extruders and product packaging. Compared to the past, manual production of corn vermicelli with a manual capacity of only 2-3 quintals of noodles / day, since the establishment of machines, the productivity of establishments has increased by 1-1.5 tons / day and the open market wider than before, the product was present in provinces such as Hanoi, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh.

It can be seen that, in order to increase the competitiveness of product quality and productivity, technological factors play an important role. Therefore, in order to promote more effectively, businesses need to actively access technology and financial support from units such as industrial encouragement to improve and boost production.
