La Hien Cement always takes into account the safety problem

Continuously for many years, La Hien Cement Joint Stock Company (La Hien Cement) has been one of the units of Viet Bac – TKV Mining Industry Corporation. In 2018, La Hien Cement continued to finish the target before 51 days. Indicators such as sales volume reached 117% and revenue reached 123,78% compared to the plan. This is also the driving force for La Hien Cement to perform the tasks assigned in 2019.

Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung – La Hien Cement Director said, the factor leading to La Hien Cement’s success is market work and product quality, along with the motto of Cement La Hien does not grow at all costs, but always takes into account the safety problem in labor and environmental protection.

La Hien Cement makes the problem difficult when the general difficult situation of domestic cement consumption market and the competition between production units are always strong. But what’s found in La Hien Cement is the boldly research, boldly invest in technology to improve the quality of cement and production efficiency.

Along with an investment in production technology, to contribute to reducing the price of finished products and improving their competitiveness, La Hien Cement also regularly performs maintenance, maintenance and improvement of machinery and equipment using labor initiatives of officials and employees in the unit.

It is known that in the past time, the company has made the most of waste materials to make additives and partly replace raw materials in cement production such as blast furnace slag, fly ash, rock slag, gypsum residue helping both save materials, reduce waste and protect the environment. Along with applying labor initiatives, benefiting the Company as an initiative to improve the process of burning furnace to replace old coal burners with new generation coal burners. In addition to the initiative to replace the burner, some other initiatives are also applied by the company such as renovating the smoke chamber structure of the kiln system to reduce the time to stop the furnace…etc. In 2018, La Hien Cement has more than 10 initiatives applied and bring high benefit values such as: using bottom ash as raw material for cement production, write design optimal control program of main dust filter system of cement grinding 55 tons/hour, improving the speed reducer box for loading spikes after bagging machine…etc.

It can be seen that thanks to the application of different solutions, especially production technology, the company’s products not only improve the quality but also save the cost. Since then, increasing competitiveness in the market. Currently, La Hien Cement has been present in 13 provinces and cities in the country. Especially Cement La Hien identified in the northern region such as Thai Nguyen, Bac Can, Cao Bang, etc.

According to Director Nguyen Van Dung, La Hien Cement determined the growth of revenue contributed to the growth of Viet Bac – TKV Mining Industry Corporation, based on 2 pillars to maximize internal strength and utilize social production capacity. La Hien Cement has been and continues to apply scientific and technological advances, in combination with improving depth, dealing with bottlenecks in technological lines to optimize production, improve equipment productivity, improve product quality, clinker production exceeds the design capacity, etc. Along with La Hien Cement is interested in improving the working environment for workers as well as protecting the surrounding environment in accordance with the production perspective associated with environmental protection.
