Currently the company has 400 employees, the production process is carried out in the same order as: Production stage: As the first stage of the production process: Separation-stripping-twisting the main cord of the headphones; Embedded stage: Lead dip to create the link between the main cord and the Plug (headphone jack); Welding: Soldering wire with Plug port (plug); Plastic Injection: Use the plastic injection system.

Fix the cord firmly on the socket and cover (create the shape of the end of the headphone cord); Stage of bonded inspection: Checking the appearance, quality assurance of the shape, size and prescribed standards; Stage Check feature: Use the feature checker to check the feature for errors: Short, Broken wire resistor, wrong welding wire position. Final stage: Checking draw sample again before putting into packaging, final production process.

In particular, in the production process, we always adhere to rigorous processes such as: Checking input materials, quality of finished products, environmental protection, market research with the goal of “Market Best products according to quality standards and in line with export.”
