Since then, the solutions have been discussed to optimize production activities, submit to the company’s leadership for approval and testing. The group has planned to test a new kiln with a more suitable capacity, 03 times to change the layout of the hot stamping workshop, to make conveyor products to change products and to change the slag beat after the furnace, etc. As a result, after 2 months of implementation, the goal of improvement was achieved: the product that had been baked for 50 seconds had been reduced to 14 seconds, however, the product hardness exceeded the set target of 85 HRB. According to the results of the calculation team, the productivity of the product has increased by more than 2.5 times, reducing the cost of heat treatment when the product quality is stable.
