Irex energy company manufactures solar cell automation

After a year of construction, the first phase of the Irex high-tech renewable energy factory complex (Irex Energy Joint Stock Company – a member of Bach Khoa Solar Energy Corporation) came into operation on June 2018 in Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

Pham Thi Thu Trang, Research and Development Director of Irex Energy Joint Stock Company, said that the complex consists of a 500 MWp solar battery factory, a heat absorbing sheet factory and a center. research and develop renewable energy products. The entire production process uses a modern, 100% automated production line.

The highlight of the line is the ability to automate manual tasks, significantly reduce physical errors, and save time, producing faster and more quality products.

In addition, the company imports a Double Glass Machine system that allows creating double-sided glass panels according to each customer’s individual requirements. This is one of the latest lines in the world today.

According to Ms. Pham Thi Thu Trang, the company continues to expand the second phase of the factory complex project, including building a research room, a heat absorbing sheet production area and expanding the capacity of the solar battery factory.

“Our goal is to achieve Tier 1 standards in clean energy production by 2020. Tier 1 is a benchmark for rating by the international energy market research organization Bloomberg New Energy Finance. To achieve this standard, businesses must have at least 6 orders guaranteed by 6 different banks, calculated within 2 years. In particular, each order has a capacity of over 1.5 MWp”, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Trang added.
