Traphaco is the first pharmaceutical enterprise to implement a sales policy based on the principle of mutual benefit and price control. At the end of 2017, Traphaco inaugurated a smart medicine pharmaceutical factory 4.0 in Tan Quang commune, Van Lam district, Hung Yen province. This is an investment in the Traphaco Sustainable Development Strategy for the period of 2017 – 2020. One of the three workshops here is eye drops factory, applying completely sealed production technology, producing products. achieve the highest level of sterility, equivalent to infusion preparations.

The outstanding feature of this technology is the almost absolute, completely closed automation. All processes are carried out in a machine mold, eliminating packaging processes such as inventory, cleaning, disinfection; help minimize microbiological contamination.

Traphaco’s eye drops line is invested in closed devices, with online control system, with high precision technology and complete automation, minimizing human intervention, creating optimal product quality – completely sterile to ensure treatment effect and safety for patients.

Fully Sealed Technology (BFS) has been recognized by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a top level aseptic process.
