Born and raised in the Nghia Dan district, after graduating from Mechatronics – DA Nang University of Science and Technology, engineer Cao Minh Hoa has many years working in factories and large corporations in the country. Then, before the phenomenon of yogurt boxes and boxes lacking of milk volume and boxes in boxes, Cao Minh Hoa and his colleagues have successfully researched and manufactured weight control scales for yogurt production lines and automatic control of blocks amount of cartons and boxes. Thereby, reducing control time and labor, minimizing customer complaints related to the volume of the product, saving 1.2 billion VND / year for the company.

In particular, in 2017, with the initiative of “Manufacturing a mold to make a yogurt bottle cap”, Cao Minh Hoa saved the company over 4 billion dongs to change the yogurt cap production line. And most recently, in the beginning of 2020, the initiative of “Manufacturing automatic palletizing machines” has been successfully applied in production, helping the production line to be fully automated, reducing 6 employees / 1 production line / 1 day, saving the company over 2 billion VND.

With his contributions, Cao Minh Hoa is continuously a good employee of the company, receiving the “Creative Labor” Certificate from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, a good example in the movement “Good labor, bright labor create” for years.
