Innotek Corporation implements improvements to enhance the overall OEE index

Innotek Joint Stock Company was established on May 23, 2011 with a pioneering orientation in committing to providing products with the best quality, most reasonable prices for domestic and export companies. In 2020, Innotek participated in the TPM application program supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for domestic enterprises and achieved encouraging results such as:

• Deploy Self-Management, Planned Maintenance and Key Improvements at the Stamping Workshop area
• Standardize daily equipment care forms, operating instructions, test standards and retraining for machine operators
• Track, measure and improve overall OEE Equipment Performance Index at 200T-S1, 200T-S2 press. Increase OEE at 200T-S2 from 66% (June) to 72.3% (August)
• Innovative activities focus on improving productivity at 200T-S1 and 200T-S2 machines and preventive analysis of common machine operation problems.

In particular, in order to improve efficiency and productivity when operating the machine, innovative activities have been implemented such as: moving safety sensors to facilitate operation for staff at the station, replacing rollers for nylon rolls to reducing nylon pulling when stamping products, eliminating oil sweeping at the bending pestle or making the chip guide at the continuous machine to reduce chip ejection when machining. Small improvements but direct impact on circletime product processing. Therefore, when the number of production parts is larger, the effect is greater. Since then, the OEE has improved significantly from 66% (June) to 72.3% (August) at the 200T-S2.

In addition, equipment maintenance activities are paid more attention, planned maintenance schedules are built and flexibly adjusted according to the actual production situation. The failure of the machine is carried out by the operation and maintenance department to analyze the cause and agree on a preventive remedy such as the failure of the controller protection fuse at the 110T-S06.
