Two outstanding points in the Company’s science and technology activities are mastering production technology and developing product formulas quickly and promptly. Specifically, in the production of spray-drying laundry detergents, the company has automated the process of feeding and spraying, and synchronize the production equipment to provide stable and efficient use of high quality products. At the final product packaging stage, the Company also plans to invest in an automatic conveyor conveyor, using robot arms, considering 1-2 lines to use robots to load boxes on pallets to reduce labor and increase productivity. In the rubber sector, the radial automobile production technology of the Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company won the first prize of the Vietnam Science and Technology Innovation Award and was deployed at Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC). DRC has implemented the Master Plan – designing – manufacturing – installing electric coal supply system at DRC Tire Factory. In particular, to reduce the moisture in the coal storage from 70% now to the desired level of 50-55%, DRC uses dehumidifier to separate moisture in the air. At the same time, the design, manufacture and installation of a system of automatically pushing the black coal by compressed air from the coal warehouse to 16 silos / day with actual testing capacity of 9 tons / hour with compressed air of 24m3 / minute, 9 kWh consumption, noise reduction, dust reduction, adequate supply of black coal on demand, keeping humidity on demand, ensuring a high degree of automation suitable for smart production operations. The new system was operated with outstanding productivity, which increased 7 times in the past, ensuring adequate supply of black coal during the production process. In particular, new technical improvements have helped DRC reduce energy consumption, saving more than 947 million dong per year.
Two projects: Innovating and modernizing refined ore refining technology; using new technology equipment in the exploitation of ore 1 and ore 2, increasing the coefficient of resource recovery, ensuring the quality of exploited ore of Apatite Vietnam Co., Ltd., helping to improve the efficiency of mining clearly. . In the past 5 years, the company’s resource recovery ratio in ore exploitation 1 and ore 2 has increased by 7-8% compared to previous years, corresponding to an increase in exploitation output of 80,000 – 100,000 tons. / year on the same geological reserve.
