Thang Long Tobacco Company (Vinataba Thang Long) is currently a key role in the Vietnam Tobacco Corporation in particular and tobacco industry in general. As one of the pioneers in the production, business and introduction of Vietnamese tobacco products to the world market, Vinataba constantly improve, improve the level and production technology to ensure the quality improvement of 100% of products, satisfy the increasing demands of the market.
One of the stages of tobacco production as Vinataba Thang Long It is the production of fiber-coated packaging such as hard cover or soft cover. The tobacco yarn after being processed will be brought down by the cover production workshop to create better quality products. Based on the experience of working at the hard work Workshop, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hung-the technician has launched the innovation Hammer with the label Focke 394.
Before the initiative was put into use, the label hammer at the workshop was made in plain brass. On the lake Hammer there are devious glue wings according to certain angles to glue on the necessary positions on the cover label. However, with the current design, the lake Hammer is very difficult to produce, when worn by the glue wings, it will be completely abandoned and replaced with a new machine. This affects the manufacturing process, especially the production line of tobacco.
The initiative was given by Mr. Hung to redesign the lake Hammer, separating the lake Hammer and the glue wings. The glue wings can adjust the position on the lethargy. This initiative has been introduced to the Focke 349 for the hardcover workshop of Vinataba Thang Long. The fabrication of the lake Hammer becomes a lot simpler. The glue wings can adjust the position so the glue will be the right position more necessary. When the glue wings are worn out, simply remove the wing and replace it with the new wings, the sewing piece retains normal use. This also makes repair work faster, disassembling less detail.
The idea of Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hung brings the clear effect of the economic problems of Vinataba Thang Long. Stable working Lake Hammer, high reliability, easy to adjust technology requirements. The fabrication and assembly became easier, saving a lot of machining costs and easing spare parts. With the type Hammer, the operator only needs to remove the glue wings and replace with the new one in a very short time period. The new design shortens the time instead of 3h per year. The machine speed is 250 covers per minute (15,000 covers/h). Increase output: 15,000 x 3 = 45,000 covers, profit 300 copper/cover, Benefit: 45,000 x 300 = 13.5 million copper. Save the cost of machining the lake Hammer for about 10 million VND. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hung has been rewarded 3 million for his innovative ideas.
