Started operating in 2009, Dong A Aluminum Co. Ltd is one of the modern and large-scale production plants for the production of shapes aluminum bars in Vietnam. Over 10 years of construction and development, Dong A Aluminum is constantly improving product quality, affirming its brand in the market.

Located in Tan Dan industrial complex – TP. Chi Linh – Hai Duong province, the company specializes in manufacturing aluminum alloys from raw material, aluminum ingots, the main product is shaped aluminum with a design capacity of 22,000 tons / year. In the production line, the Company uses the most advanced equipment and tools on the market imported by the Company from abroad. With a closed production process, including processes: aluminum casting, aluminum injection, plating, electrostatic plating, spray paint, wood grain, plastic injection, processing.

In the production area, the Company has the motto: Quality is the top goal, continuous improvement, the customer is the center, practical efficiency. In order to further improve production efficiency, the Company also puts into a use ERP system to manage information, data on computers and use the performance evaluation method for departments to improve working efficiency. During the manufacturing process, American standard ASTM-B221 is strictly implemented, strictly complying with ISO 9001 quality management standards and ISO14001 environmental management system, ensuring stable product quality, and has passed the EU Qualicoat Certification. The company’s products are not only strongly consumed in Vietnam market, but also exported to the markets of the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe etc.

Mr. Dam Quang Khiem – Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of the company shared that the company always determines the foundation for stable growth is to constantly improve the production line, improve product quality. Therefore, the enterprise has invested nearly VND 50 billion to renovate and upgrade 2 shaped aluminum extrusion lines, increase the capacity of hydraulic presses to 3 times higher than before, accompanied by application automation technology in some stages in labor-intensive production (heavy industry), requiring high accuracy, upgrading powder coating systems, installing automatic deodorizing system to ensure safety safety for officials and employees in the factory in general and in the factory area in particular. Thanks to innovations in technology and application of modern science and technology in production, in the past year, the Company has reduced 30 employees in the manufacturing sector, thereby somewhat reducing work pressure for workers in the factory.

Not only that, the Company has also invested in replacing the exhaust treatment system in the furnace area, converting the fuel used from coal to using the exhaust in the furnace area, converting the fuel used for coal to gas. The dust extinguishing system is replaced by a cloth bag dust collector. The fuel for production has completely replaced coal with LPG. With about 15 billion VND of renovation and upgrading of dust treatment system, production area air and the surrounding environment of the factory has improved significantly, above all to ensure health safety for all people.

Therefore, Dong A Aluminum Co.Ltd will continue towards customer satisfaction with the best products and services. From the beginning of the second quarter of 2019 to now, the Company has maintained a very stable operation, the regular output reached 3,000 tons of processed products for export and 600 – 700 tons of domestic sales per month. It is expected that the Company will strive to reach total revenue of VND 1,500 billion, an increase of 15% compared to 2018.
