In recent years, the Company has bravely invested in many automation and mechanization projects for high efficiency production. Among them is the system of “Centralized centralized gas control and gas management at the Company’s operating office production center” and the project “Automation of continuous transportation system main well to the workshop ready MB + 24 Trang Khe ”; with a total investment of VND 4.7 billion, it has contributed to improving management efficiency, increasing labor productivity, reducing the number of direct employees from 18 to only 6 people / day.

Next is the work “Automation system of controlling and monitoring compressed air station in Trang Bach area” with total investment of 1.4 billion dong; help automate the operation management, ensure the safety, reduce the operating manpower from 6 to 3 people / day etc. According to the Company’s management, up to now the above process has contributed to improving working conditions, improving labor productivity, saving labor costs, safety in production labor, preventing occupational diseases and improving workers’ health.

Not stopping there, the company also promotes creative solutions and technical innovations, such as the initiative to build coal rakes in the kiln, to support workers walking in the pits, productive drilling machines. high Rumbo and especially innovations in manufacturing coal excavators in the ML-01 pit are TKV praised etc.

Realizing that the dust misting system in the furnace combination can extinguish the fire when necessary, the initiative is to lead a water pipe with a valve adjustment system in front of the local fan blade. The amount of mist sprayed diffused by  the clean breeze greatly reduces the amount of dust in the spaces of the monasteries. In the event of a fire, can increase the amount of water input to extinguish the fire with a range of up to several dozen meters etc.

Or as an initiative to create supportive tools to help move coal in the furnace mirror to supply trough for to trough serving coal transfer to replace labor for the workers. After improvement, the machine can reach several meters away, something that people cannot do with productivity many times higher than manual scraping. The machine can move itself on the rail system quite flexibly.

The excavator used by the Company is not accompanied by the lifting function, so the initiative to manufacture and install the lifting system into the excavator when needed has been implemented. This has helped the normal excavator to have an additional lifting function when needed in a gentle way, reducing the labor force for workers and significantly increasing the rate of excavation.

The initiatives of the Uong Bi Coal Company all help increase labor productivity, improve production efficiency, significantly reduce labor force, create a stable income for workers with an average high of VND 11.9 million / people / month, of which the furnace is over 15 million VND / person / month. This is also one of the important factors that help Than Uong Bi attract workers, especially pit workers in the current period.
