According to Mr. Duc, when embarking on implementing 5S, if business leaders do not have clear awareness, it is difficult to understand the benefits of applying 5S, it is difficult for this model to succeed. Because then, the workers and employees will lack orientation, do not know what to do and how to do it effectively.
