Statistics of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality show that the application of management systems such as ISO 9001: 2015 helps businesses grow in productivity, revenue and profit from 30 to 50% with the previous year.
Despite knowing the benefits of applying management systems and tools to improve productivity and quality, some businesses are still hesitant and have not implemented.
