Use the most advanced modern technology line in the world

In 2013, Hoa Sen Group inaugurated No. 4 corrugated production line with a capacity of 120,000 tons/year at Hoa Sen Phu My Steel Sheet Plant – Road No. 1B, Phu My 1 Industrial Frame, Tan Thanh District, Ba Ria Province -Vung Tau, with a total investment of nearly 12 million USD. This is the most advanced corrugated iron production line using NOF technology in the world today and will help the Group meet the demand for products in domestic and foreign markets.

The Hoa Sen Group has also invested in a hot-dip galvanized plant in Phu My Industrial Park with GIMECO’s modern line system – the leading technology in hot-dip galvanized industry with many years of experience in the world. The chain system is manufactured in Italy, including 06 steel machines, 01 tape sawing machine, 01 hot-dips galvanized line, galvanized line with a capacity of about 85,000 tons/year. “Hot-dip galvanizing line of Hoa Sen is one of the largest chains in the world, this is a line with a closed operating system with good performance, maximum savings in energy and input materials. In addition, the waste treatment system is superior, completely self-contained, safe and environmentally friendly”- said Claudio Parma, Operations Manager and Zinc Pipe Project from GIMECO. Hot-dip galvanizing is one of the modern technologies that help protect the inner iron layer from being exposed to the environment as well as external chemicals, thus rarely occurs chemical reactions leading to abrasion or rust on the surface of the materials, withstands harsh weather.

Although affected by the increase in raw material prices but thanks to the proper investment, the modern chain system is completely automated, strict quality control of input materials to finished products, so ending the year 2016 – 2017 financial level, Hoa Sen Group has achieved good business results. The target of consumption volume and net revenue exceeded the plan, specifically: the consumption of finished products reached 1,559,007 tons, exceeding 5% of the plan, growing 25% over the same period. Net revenue reached more than 26 trillion VND, equivalent to the 1.1 billion USD, exceeding 14% of the plan, up 46% over the same period.
