In the first quarter of 2019, Dinh Vu Fiber Factory (PVTEX) has stably operated 10 yarn production lines and achieved 1,914 tons yarn according to partner’s orders with type A quality. PVTEX’s products are consumed in domestic and foreign markets, especially successfully exported to the US market.
Currently, PVTEX has focused on completing the repair and maintenance plan for the operation of the whole plant so that An Son Company and foreign consultants can review and comment; amend and supplement and promulgate procedures for guidance, operation, maintenance and quality management; arrange the preservation of technical documents of the plant; mobilize experienced industry experts to maintain machinery and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant chain.
Right at this time, PVTEX has carried out the consolidation of its staffing apparatus, re-arranging labor in accordance with the reality in order to carry out business and carry out the project settlement. Therefore, many personnel must concurrently hold two or three positions, taking on a large amount of work. Although facing many difficulties and challenges, more than 200 employees (of which nearly 90% are direct employees) working here are all devoted to the factory. It is known that in order to carry out the plan to re-operate the whole factory, PVTEX is also trying to recruit former employees who have left the factory to other units in recent years.
In the array of biofuel plants that PVN and its subsidiaries have contributed to, the Central Biofuel Production Plant has operated again and will operate all the lines at the end of 2019 and Binh Phuoc Biofuel Plant has completed preparation work to be ready to restart when market conditions are favorable.
