Hung Ha Enterprise improved productivity thanks to the emulation movement of skilled workers

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, which is a fixed weekly time that Hung Ha Enterprise organizes examinations for skilled craftsmen for groups and production lines. Thanks to the maintenance of excellent mechanics exam, the productivity of Hung Ha factory has increased by 10-15%.

The organization of examinations for skilled workers has created an exciting emulation atmosphere in the production process, encouraging employees to improve their skills and increase labor productivity. The Enterprise Director will find out unreasonable points to draw experience in the organization and operation of production by managers; find advanced maneuvers, outstanding individuals to honor and multiply. From the results of achieving the excellent mechanics competition is the premise for the Enterprise to strive to fulfill the goals of 2019.

Factory Trade Union Chairman Mr. Bui Ngoc Manh said: “When we organize the exam, the average productivity increases by 10-15%. The union and team management staff will work together to create a competitive spirit in each production shift. In addition to solutions for examining skilled workers to increase labor productivity, we also focus on pre-production research to find the best solutions and methods. Contributing to increase productivity and income for employees”.

In 2018, although there are still difficulties, Hung Ha Garment Enterprise has implemented synchronous solutions: promoting propaganda, educating awareness and responsibility for employees, at the same time expanding markets, specializing in chemistry products. Therefore, the productivity and product quality meet and exceed the target. Enterprise has exported over 2 million products, turnover reached over 5.5 million USD, average income of workers is 6.2 million VND / person / month, regimes and policies on health insurance, insurance society is guaranteed, the workers’ material and spiritual life has been improved.

Immediately after the launching ceremony of the emulation movement, the groups and workshops promptly started to work with the spirit of the New Year’s Day. Striving in 2019, revenue is over 8 million USD, employee income will reach 6 million VND / person / month. To complete the set target, Hung Ha Garment Factory proposed solutions such as: Organizing production, changing thinking, working style for employees, and promoting emulation movements “Lao mobilize well, creatively “” Promote initiative “; taking care of the material and spiritual life of the employees, etc. At the launching ceremony, teams and workshops signed the emulation covenant, striving to meet and exceed the target right from the early production days of 2019.

Sharing about the results achieved after each skilled worker exam, Ms. Tran Thi Tham – the rear body wringer, group 10 said: “Every day, I still reach the contract level of 600-650 products / day. When the Enterprise held the contest of skilled craftsmen, I tried my best and made full use of my time. Some days it reached 680 products / day. Through the contest, I learned from the experience, first of all I have to make use of my time, the second is to ensure the quality, the third is to coordinate with the related departments, I will complete the plan assigned by the team”.

Production and business results in August 2019 that Hung Ha Enterprise achieved 101.9%. That is the effort of all officers and employees of the Enterprise and the proper management of the Board of Directors. Hopefully, with the efforts and solidarity of each member and the proper direction of the Board of Directors, Hung Ha Enterprise will complete the proposed plan in 2019.
