Enhancing the intrinsic capacity of Technology to be ready for competition and integration

The company has invested in a system of modern production equipment to enhance competitiveness. And continuously invest to expand and increase capacity. Specifically:

Investing in the Spinning Factory: Equipped with 04 complete equipment lines imported from Germany, Switzerland, and Japan with more than 58,000 spindles, the annual output reaches 13,500 tons of yarns, mainly yarns. PE, PECO, Cotton carded and combed yarn count from Ne 16 to Ne 60.

Investing in Textile-Dyeing Factory: Equipped with complete knitting, dyeing and finishing equipment imported from Germany, Switzerland, and Taiwan with an annual output of knitted fabric of 1,500 tons.

Invest in Garment Factory: With 26 sewing lines, equipped with modern sewing machines imported from Japan, Taiwan, with the main products are T-shirts, Polo-shirts, Jackets, Shorts, pants Children’s wear and other garments of knitted or woven fabric. The annual output of the factory reaches nearly 6 million products. In 2018, the company has developed two more sewing factories in Phu Da Industrial Zone and Quang Binh Province, bringing the total number of sewing lines to 80. In particular, the value of industrial production reached VND 1,642 billion;

In 2019, in order to achieve export turnover of USD 96 million and revenue of over VND 1,800 billion, the company plans to invest in upgrading equipment, expanding and increasing the capacity of the wastewater treatment system of the Textile, Dyeing and Designing Plant. being sewn and thread with a total investment of about VND 200 billion.
