Being a level 5/6 welding worker in the welding group at the workshop, Mr. Tanh has been a skilled worker, always exploring and proposing innovations to improve productivity and quality at work. Most recently, he and his brothers in the workshop have launched the initiative “Using 35kg / cm2 steam condensate drain to clean, unclog oil spout, start the 130 ton boiler in Thermal Workshop”.

In the Thermal Workshop, the boiler is one of the essential equipment. After a period of operation, the oven will stop working to clean and repair periodically. Stopped machine also means that the work in the factory is delayed, wasting time, wasting labor resources. For that reason, Mr. Tanh and his people have researched and proposed the initiative of using 35kg / cm2 steam condensate discharge line at the East of the 130-ton furnace workshop, Thermal workshop, supplied through intermediate steel pipes.

So that when cleaning and clogging, workers only need to open the valve Dg25Pg100. At that time, under the effect of high temperatures, and greater pressure from the steam combined with hammer knocking away dirt and grit, oil cleaning time of an oil hose only takes about 30 minutes. After cleaning, make sure to burn the oil jet nozzle evenly, strongly and burn right at the first ignition, meeting the operation of the boiler in the Thermal Workshop. This initiative has helped the Company not only save time, but also benefit hundreds of millions of dong.
