With a sense of responsibility, dedication to the work and creative passion in production, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Pham Van Nhi – workers of Hao Hung Phu Yen Co., Ltd. have contributed many initiatives and improvements to be applied in production activities, bringing much economic value, product quality to the Company.
Hao Hung Phu Yen Co., Ltd (located in North East Song Cau Industrial Zone) is a unit specialized in manufacturing wooden sticks for export. For many years, the Company has promoted the movement of technical innovations in production and attracted officials and employees to participate. Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa and Pham Van Nhi are creative examples with many improvements in equipment and facilities for the Company.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa started working at the Company as a worker in 2010, after a long time working with many contributions, he was assigned to be the mechanical team leader and currently the foreman. In the process of working and operating machinery, realizing that rudimentary equipment, needing manpower and consumption more raw materials has motivated Mr. Hoa to think to overcome the problem. Since then, his innovative initiatives were born and applied in practice, benefiting hundreds of millions of dong for the Company. Typically, the innovative design of improving the cooling system makes woodchips more durable, creating quality products.
Like Mr. Hoa, Mr. Pham Van Nhi is also a committed and responsible worker. Starting to be a worker for the company in 2016, he has been trusted to be the Deputy Manager of mechanical workshop. After nearly 4 years of working, Mr. Nhi also has many typical initiatives to promote production activities of the company, increase productivity and product quality.
Specifically, the initiative to improve the process of assembled wooden cars, control the quality of products from raw materials to the final product. Mr. Hoa and Mr. Nhi have bravely improved the system of particle board to save materials. Innovative research initiatives create faster conveyor shredding system and reduce fuel consumption, improve peeling machine to reduce labor. The initiative of the two brothers has been reduced from 15 employees to 5 for the peeling stage, from 4 to 2 motor vehicles for production.
Besides improvement initiatives, Mr. Nhi also directly instructs workers to operate machinery to ensure product quality and labor safety. Mr. Nhi also built a wooden pick-up robot to replace manual labor to reduce the labor force for workers and at the same time free the imported wood and ensure working space.
With the contributions that Mr. Hoa and Mr. Nhi brought to the Company, they were promptly rewarded, supported in the course of work and continued to promote many initiatives. These are exemplars to promote the movement of creativity and innovation throughout the company.
