1,600 businesses in Hoai Duc (Hanoi) are equipped with knowledge about building a strategic management system from 2009 to the present.
Hoai Duc District People’s Committee in association with the SBS Joint Stock Company has just organized a seminar “Revolution 4.0: The tools needed to equip business owners”. The event attracted more than 500 business owners. The business owners have completed the strategic program of the business management Swiss Create implemented in Hoai Duc from April 2009 to the present.
The main speaker was Mr. Mario Brühlmann, founder of Swiss Consulting Group (SCG), founder of Swiss Create. The expert analyzed the risks and opportunities of the 4.0 industrial revolution, thereby inspiring entrepreneurs to actively apply the development of science and technology into corporate governance.
At the event, Director of SBS Company – Ms. Nguyen Xuan Dung shared with the seminar about risk management content in the new era. According to him, the information at the seminar from international experts will be an opportunity for businesses to learn and manage risks in the context of changing business environment. After the discussion, the business owners met and exchanged views to find links for cooperation and sustainable development.
Mr. Ngo Van Thuan – Director of Green Vietnam Joint Stock Company shared that the advancement of information technology in the digital age has an important role in the development of enterprises. Every company has a good product, but in order to sell a lot of products and expand the market, technology is needed to reach customers.
The workshop is within the framework of the Small & Medium Enterprise Development Project in Hoai Duc District. From 2009 up to now, the project has trained 1,600 business owners in the district on consulting on building a strategic management system, building an effective, safe and professional working environment. As a result, more than 15,500 employees have had jobs and stable incomes. After attending the strategic management classes of the project, many businesses from household, business scale have reached international reach.
In addition to supporting programs for business owners and employees, the project also encourages guests to think of new ways to develop household economy through communication conferences for 230 representatives of local agencies, 2,800 households.
After 10 years of joining the project, Mr. Mario expressed his joy when witnessing the development of businesses. The expert finds that businesses grow at a rapid pace and that the profession demonstrates that they have applied the knowledge they have learned to run the company.
Earlier in 2018, the development of small and medium-sized businesses was further replicated by SBS in Quoc Oai District, Hanoi. According to the assessment, the impacts from the project show that this is a new, appropriate and sustainable approach to help create jobs and stabilize social security in the locality.
