Deployed from June 2017 to June 2018, with the support of consultants, after assessing the potential of 5S implementation, Ha Tay Chemical Co., Ltd. decided to apply 5S for the whole The factory includes the following areas: raw material warehouse, model workshop, sewing workshop, mound workshop, rolling mill and office.

In particular, the working style and order of the employee has clearly changed; 100% of employees understand and implement 5S as part of daily work. 5S contributed to 10% more acreage for the company, the company’s product output after 1 month of implementation of 5S increased to 11.3%, from 83,840 pairs of shoes (May 2017) to 95,111 pairs (month 6/2017) and 11.6% after one year of implementation (97,775 pairs of shoes in June 2018).
