Discussing the origin of the initiative “Bottom wagon crusher used in pit”, Director of Danh Vang Van Pham Joint Stock Company – the person who led the initiative, said: For the mining units. pit coal, wagons are a product that is no stranger. However, in the transport of coal and rock by wagons there is always a disadvantage of coal and stone sticking to the bottom of the vehicle. As a result, it increases electricity loss, increases the cost of repairing railways and equipment such as trains, wagons, reduces transport capacity and increases operating costs. That also reduces the production and business efficiency of the units.

In order to clean the wagon, Vang Danh Coal Joint Stock Company has implemented many measures such as manual hoes, using a hammer to insert air into the cart, using a homemade hydraulic excavator to beat, etc but the results are not as expected, laborious, productivity is not high, the effectiveness is poor.

Facing that fact, the leaders and technical staff of Vang Danh coal have been very concerned, eager to find a solution to thoroughly handle the above limitations. Accordingly, the employees of Vang Danh coal worked together to research and link with manufacturing partners to create a device to beat coal sticking wagons effectively and modernly.

After the period of researching and manufacturing, the product of bottom wagon was installed and used in the tunnel kiln transporting the +0 wells of Vang Danh from November 2018.
