Tri Cuong Industry Co., Ltd. registered to participate in the TPM support program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in August 2019 and started implementing TPM from October to December 2019 with 3 main pillars selected. Including: Self-governing Maintenance, Key Improvement and Education & Training. Due to registration at the end of the Program, the consultant and TPM board of the company only have 3 months to quickly create a foundation for 3 pillars of deployment with scope of application in CNC 1-2 , CNC lathe 2 of production department No. 1. In terms of visual management: The company has improved the operating standard instruction forms, added the equipment control form (check, cleaned, lubricated, tightened) and arranged the visualization for the operator Field management as well as all levels can be easily controlled.
About manners and order: TPM activities and results are updated weekly to the common working group on Zalo social network. Operators have been clearly assigned tasks and scope of operations, so every effort has been made to take care of the equipment themselves (Pillar AM) and maintain the frequency of daily equipment checks.
