In the period of 2015 – 2020, the Department of Science and Technology (SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY) has transferred 38 research results of science and technology to 44 units to implement the application, with a total cost of about VND 161 billion. In the field of science and technology, the Department of Science and Technology supports the application of post-harvest technologies, environmental treatment, new technologies in construction and application of information technology in management.

The projects supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment have helped production facilities improve technology, improve productivity and product quality, contribute to building and promoting brands for production establishments and enterprises.

As an enterprise operating in the agricultural processing industry, Farm 123 Co., Ltd. aims to develop processes agricultural products according to the criteria: “Delicious – Clean – Health – Nature – Clear Origin”.

Director of the Company said: “To improve productivity efficiency, product quality, the company always focuses on investing in advanced equipment, machinery and technology in production. From the national incentive fund and the corresponding capital, the company has invested in the system of automatic bactericidal industrial fruit washing machine by ozone gas, industrial vacuum cleaner. Thereby, production capacity increased by more than 75,000 kg of finished products per year, meeting the output to serve the needs of domestic and foreign markets. This investment increases the rate of automation of the production line of the business to over 80%. This is also the basis for the company to build the production line according to the production process completely closed 100%, food processing meets the standards of safety and hygiene in accordance with domestic and international standards (ISO-HACCP, BRC, HALAL, etc.).

Huong Dong Thap Essential Oil Co., Ltd. also focuses on investing in modern machinery and technology in production and helping the company create more than 50 essential oils and produced increased 4 times compared to the old production method. The company also imports essential oil distillers and essential oil quality testers to further improve the quality of oil product diversification, meeting the increasing demand of the market.
