As a production manager, besides ensuring productivity, saving and reducing costs is what Huong always thinks. Therefore, Ms. Huong always focuses on observing and monitoring the working process of the workers, enthusiastically instructing the workers to focus on the tailoring stage, leaving unnecessary steps. Only with this small detail, but the elimination of the step saves sewing thread, bringing about 100 million VND / year for the Company.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, worker of AK Vina Co., Ltd. (Go Dau Industrial Park, Long Thanh) is an example of always striving to promote innovations and improvements to maximize production efficiency, while actively find garlic, learn to improve working skills, professional qualifications. Referring to his initiatives, the initiative to change the heat scheme in the polyester resin production process is highly appreciated by the company management. Accordingly, this initiative has helped faster transit time between tanks 2 hours / day, equivalent to 60 hours / month. Since then, the production output increased by 65 tons / month, benefiting hundreds of million dong / month for the company.
