Dong Nai: Many initiatives to help businesses make big profits

The launching of the movement of good labor emulation, creative labor in Dong Nai enterprises has been actively participated by many employees and workers. Mr. Nguyen Huu Quang – MES system specialist – Taekwing Vina Industrial JSC is one of the typical examples of improvement of Dong Nai province. Starting as a manufacturing worker at Taekwing Vina Industrial JSC, Mr. Quang always actively explores, learns new knowledge and actively cultivates experience.

From practical skills to trained knowledge, plus flexibility in work, Quang has continuously launched highly applied initiatives in production. On average, Mr. Quang launched 5-7 initiatives each week, improving large and small to bring practical effects. Typically, the design initiative saves materials; initiative to change the production process diagram; Improved Machinery. Thereby, helping to increase production efficiency and improve environmental conditions; many stages have been reduced from 15-50% of the production time compared to before.

To get that result is the whole process of constant effort. Mr. Quang has actively put effort into researching and learning to find solutions for technical improvement, improving productivity and business efficiency, meeting modern technology and the requirements of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

With his contributions, from a direct factory worker, he has been appointed mes system specialist – in charge of the development of the project to change the management software, operating the company’s product. “My job, my future is my own decision. Must actively study constantly to improve his knowledge, understanding, hard work and actively explore creativity, difficulties to persevere, persevere to overcome, will surely gradually reach success” – Mr. Quang shared about his motto of living and working.

After 5 years of implementation, the movement of emulation of good labor, creative labor of the Labor Federation of Dong Nai province has received the enthusiastic response of many businesses in the area. In the period 2015-2020, the province had 5.519 base-level initiatives and 76 provincial initiatives are recognized, replicated and used effectively in production, benefiting the state budget by hundreds of billions. Many collectives and individuals in the Provincial Public Employees’ United have been awarded emulation titles and forms of commendation by the State, the Government, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, ministries, central branches and the Provincial People’s Committee.
