Currently, in the central control room of Dong Nai Hydropower Plant, with a complex system of power production processes, the plant only needs 2 to 3 workers to operate the entire production system of the plant. According to the Board of Directors of the factory, most of the work is using automation machinery system so the work is more efficient, saving the cost of using human resources. Now, there is no need for many employees to operate the system but simply through the application of modern and integrated information technology. The Board of Directors shared that the construction of an automated environment is an urgent requirement for enterprises to immerse themselves in the industrialization, modernization and globalization with businesses across the country.

In addition to applying automation technology in production, besides the efforts of all employees in ensuring safe and stable operation of the factory. Since the beginning of the year, the company has focused on regular repairs, maintenance checks so that the equipment always operates in the best condition. On the other hand, the plant also coordinates well with the National Electricity System Coordination Center (A0) to ensure efficient airing time. Stable operation plant, generator and construction system, equipment are inspected, repaired, maintenance, overhauled as planned, ensuring stable operation, ready to operate generators.

Put into operation since 2015, the company has produced over 3 billion kWh of commercial electricity, bringing revenue of over VND 2,800 billion, contributing to the local budget of over VND 470 billion and saving jobs for nearly 100 employees and employees in the province.
