The company has reduced 1 professional office and 1 operating workshop compared to the previous regulations of the Group.

Dong Nai Hydropower Company has only one operating workshop for both Dong Nai 3 and 4. Hydropower Plants. This production arrangement, although it creates pressure on managers, has many advantages: Optimize management costs, and the direction of leadership is communicated and implemented as quickly, consistently and accurately. The manpower transfer and assignment of tasks in the operating workshop between the two factories took place very smoothly.

According to known knowledge, right from 2013, the Company has applied the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2008 and upgraded the ISO 9001: 2015 version. Thereby, a set of regulations, procedures, regulations, guidelines have been developed in the Company, creating favorable conditions for employees to have a good basis for their work, and at the same time control the output product quality.
