With the proposed plan, the Company has modernized from fabric sorting machine, programmable sewing machine, sympatex pressing, automatic bag surgery, duck feather stuffing, to fabric cutting and inspection.

Applying modern equipment and machinery, Dong Nai May reduces the number of employees by 15-20% each year, but the productivity still increases over 20%. Adopted automatic, programmable sewing machine system increases productivity by 40-50%. Thanks to that, each year the Company still ensures to produce 1.5 million jacket products; 2.5 million shirts; 1.2 million pants; 1 million sports and workwear sets; 800,000 campaigns and 300,000 suits and many other products. Production activities of the Company still ensure products supplied to customers, affirming its reputation in major markets such as Japan (48%), America (43%), Europe (3%).

Not only improving to increase productivity and product quality, but thanks to investment in modern technology machines, Dong Nai May reduces labor training costs. Previously, the company needed 3 months to train sewing workers with the help of machines, after a week of training, workers could operate automatic sewing machines well.
