Machinery outside the main function (crushing, grinding, transporting, burning, etc) is equipped with additional features of monitoring, analysis, automatic control to replace the heavy work for humans. Workers only perform operations on computers, supervise, check machines operating in the workshop, maintain line equipment periodically etc. The operating computers are connect to the controllers through distributed control system in order to increase reliability, this distributed control system is designed in parallel, with hot redundancy, and for damaged situations.

Operation and supervision processes have been digitized throughout the entire process from production to consumption, shortening the time to bring products to market. Using modern equipment with high automation, integrated online analysis technology and software to adjust intelligent data, etc to increase productivity, reduce human impact and improve product quality; analyze data collected on customers to provide high quality products and services.

In particular, the Company also applies the DMS (Distributor Management System) distribution channel management system to help distributors and agents carry out all orders, confirm orders, manage debts completely online online or via smartphone faster and more convenient than the traditional ordering process of other manufacturing companies.

Thanks to that, 4 years of production and business of Dong Lam have grown with impressive figures: Up to now, Dong Lam Cement distribution system covers the whole Central – Highlands region with more than 1,500 agents and shops.
