Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel Joint Stock Company: Saving more than 1 billion thanks to the typical initiative staff

To both ensure quality and enhance competitiveness, the Company has launched a technical improvement emulation movement to encourage its employees to take initiative in strengthening production efficiency.

Next is Mr. Pham The Hung’s initiative on designing and manufacturing automatic dishwashers. Initiative to help Dong Anh Chain and Freewheel Company reduce staff performance, increase productivity. The initiative has benefited the Company VND 317 million / year.

Initiative “Changing nitriding technology to improve anti-rust products” by Truong Huu Hao workers is worth 860 million dong / year. With waterproofing technology, Nitrogen helps prevent rusting of products, increasing their quality.

Mr. Nguyen Phuc Hau with the initiative to design welding fixtures 65160-5BCAO-Huyndai to ensure automation of operations with a benefit of the company up to 235 million / year. In addition, the initiative helps reduce labor and increase product productivity for the Company.

Thanks to the sense of responsibility, the relentless creativity of the staff is bringing Dong Anh Value with much economic value, promoting efficient production and improving product quality. These initiatives have also been recognized at the Ceremony of Initiating initiatives among Thu Duc workers and employees in early September.
