On May 8, in Hai Phong, Dinh Vu Factory has put twos more DTY yarn production lines in operation, increasing the capacity of DTY yarn factory to 900 tons of yarn per month.
Implementing the direction of the Steering Committee to handle shortcomings and weaknesses of a number of slow and inefficient projects and enterprises in the Industry and Trade sector (Steering Committee). PetroVietnam Petrochemical and Fiber Joint Stock Company (PVTEX) has actively cooperated with its partner between An Phat Holdings and Reliance Group – India and Fortrec – Singapore to gradually operate Dinh Vu Factory. According to the latest report of PVTEX, in the first quarter of 2019, the factory has produced stably and continuously 10 DTY fiber lines, supplied to the domestic market and partners of Korea and Japan with nearly 2,000 tons of DTY yarn.
It is noteworthy that Dinh Vu’s products are of high quality and stability, exceeding the plan, and the production cost is reduced compared to before. All type A DTY yarn products manufactured by PVTEX are in the range of 96-98%.
Based on the real demand of the market and the partner who is in charge of trading DTY yarn products – An Son Synthetic Fiber Joint Stock Company, Dinh Vu has coordinated to put two new production lines in operation. The introduction of these two lines not only increased the yarn production capacity of the factory to about 20% compared to the past but also affirmed the new development milestone in accordance with the cooperation roadmap set by PVTEX and partners.
With the trust and support of domestic and international customers, the fact that PVTEX has mastered production technology, successfully applied solutions to reduce costs and raw materials has really proved the introduction of Dinh Vu’s products entered commercial operation is feasible.
Till now, PVTEX is still continuing to perform well the maintenance and maintenance of the system of equipment and machinery of the factory in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the manufacturer. Reportedly, PVTEX has conducted a practical review and financial cost accounting to develop a repair and maintenance plan for the operation of the whole plant. Currently, the partners and the team of foreign consultants are reviewing and giving suggestions for amendments and supplements to complete the next step of signing the official contract and putting the entire Dinh Vu Factory in operation.
