CTH Ceramics JSC: Applying 4.0 Technology to produce high-class enameled tiles

With more than 40 years of experience in producing high-class ceramic tiles, CTH Ceramic Joint Stock Company has been making great changes when applying the granite production line, the most modern Italian technology under the Apodio high-class ceramic tiles brand.

In the current globalization trend, in order to meet the increasing demands of the market and further diversify the high-class Apodio brand tiles. In 2018, receiving the attention and facilitation of the People’s Committee of Phu Tho Province, the Department of Planning and Investment of the province has certified for the Investment Registration Company Project code 4526034633“, a factory producing high-quality ceramic tiles. CTH – Thanh Ha ”, BIDV Bank, Phu Tho branch, CTH Ceramics Joint Stock Company has invested in installing an additional granite tile production line with a capacity of 3 million m2 / year, with technology of 4.0, total investment value of over VND 330 billion, thereby raising production capacity of the whole company from 4 million m2 / year to over 7 million m2 / year. This is the production line using equipment, the latest Italian technology. After 5 months of investment, in the second quarter of 2019, the brick production line went into operation.

Accompanying with the new investment in technology 4.0, the Company has used domestic materials and materials to produce bricks that are weighed into different categories, deploying the most advanced printing and enamel technology to Creating the most advanced brick products on the market today with diverse designs, wood grain, stone, marble close to nature, similar to products of natural origin to meet the needs and taste of consumers with many types and sizes such as: 60×60, 80×80, 60×120, 15×80, 20×120, etc.

Along with maintaining and promoting the efficiency of production and business, the Company will also pay attention to in-depth investment, applying technical advances to improve, improve product quality, maintain stable production, improve production capacity of the Company, improve skills and management skills for staff and employees; invest in technology improvement to reduce costs, reduce environmental pollution, apply ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system to production.

At the same time, implementing 5S throughout the company, complying with the regulations on quality and environment management in accordance with the law. Orientation for the strong development of the Company, Board of Directors will focus on upgrading high-end product lines, targeting customers with good income or more by investing in modern equipment and technology to catch up with the development of the industry’s products.

Continue to implement measures to improve quality, control product costs, upgrade management processes, and determination to produce products that meet European standards.

In October 2019, Apodio products were certified to ISO13006, EN14411 and CE Marking certificates, etc.  The company is determined in 2019 to complete the application of ISO 14001: 2015 and proceed to implement OHSAS 18001: 2015 by the year 2020.
