Graduating from College of Agricultural Mechanics, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Nham Van Phu – Deputy Manager of Technical Equipment Management Department, Partron Vina Co., Ltd. is a dynamic person, interested in exploring and creating in the working process. While working at the LCM department (phone screen) of Patron Vina Co., Ltd, Mr. Phu is constantly learning to improve his skills, is diligent in searching and always completes his assigned tasks well. Mr. Phu always pays close attention to the operation of each production line, department, and stage and realizes that there are many stages that need improvement to improve productivity and reduce production labor.

Sharing about his initiatives, Mr. Phu said that the initiative that he is most interested in is the initiative “Improving the beginning of Nozor Wet Machine”, “Improving and changing the tray transmission”. Because in industrial production, especially Vinh Phuc, is implementing a cleaner production project, the cleaning of finished products plays a very important role in ensuring product durability. However, because the first cleaning of Nozor Wet products is done in the vertical direction, after cleaning, the dust-free ability of the product is only 86% of the requirement and requires 15 workers dust.

To overcome the above disadvantage, Mr. Phu has improved the Nozor Wet head at an angle of 45 degrees compared to before, so cleaning directly into the carrier wall to remove the dust and the result after cleaning meets 95% of the request and reduce 5 employees compared to before, saving the company 216 million labor / year. In addition, in May 2017, Mr. Phu’s initiative “Improving and changing Tray transmission” also benefit the company with 324 million workers / year.
