Charcoal Duong Huy strengthened management and technological innovation affirmed his position

Duong Huy Coal Company – TKV is one of the key coal mining enterprises of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industry Group (TKV) in Cam Pha City. Recently, businesses have been actively innovating management, investing in technological equipment, saving costs to increasingly assert their position, making positive contributions to the overall development of the group.

In order to aim at improving quality productivity, the company also conducts training and developing human resources. In addition to coordinating training classes, improving professional qualifications, the Company has implemented appropriate mechanisms to encourage and improve the quality of on-site training. At the same time, the Company has issued regulations on the management of internal costs, transferring the mechanism of cost allocation to workshops under the direction of TKV.

With the motto of “Growth, safety, efficiency”, the Company’s Board of Directors along with its employees and employees have promoted the spirit of solidarity and continuous efforts to improve the quality of the management and administration of real estate ensure smooth and efficient production among construction sites and workshops. The company also invests and renovates mining technology and equipment, most notably the investment in changing the mechanized longwall oven area, creating new conditions to improve labor productivity.

This is a synchronous mechanized longwall oven with the largest capacity ever applied and put into operation by the Company. Initially, when new technology was applied, the Company’s exploited output was only 270,000 tons, but until now when the technology operation has stabilized, the achieved productivity has reached over 400,000 tons. Since May 2019, the Company has mobilized 3 units to exploit, dig and focus on manpower for the recovery of equipment, stage machines and rigs from the TT-11-5 market oven to the furnace. Market TT-11-7 installation. By June this year, the system was safely installed and produced the first ton of coal. The application of modern technology to the new production area has saved over VND 11.5 million / meter of the furnace compared to previous traditional anti-stall, while ensuring safety for workers.
