From 2011 – 2018, the Company has boldly invest, put modern technology lines into all stages of production, such as centrifugal reinforced concrete pole production line with capacity of 6,000 columns of various types/year; cement grinding station line with a capacity of 25,000 tons/year; build the second line in the campus of the tunnel brick factory with a capacity of 25 million bricks/year, bringing the total capacity of 2 lines to 60 million bricks / year; No. 2 unburnt brick line with a capacity 15 million bricks/year, etc.

Up to now, the company has 2 tunnel brick manufacturing factories with a capacity of 60 million bricks / year, 1 Hoa A cement manufacturing factory with a capacity of 15,000 tons / year and a pre-cast concrete production line of 1.200 capacity. m3 / year, 2 production lines of unburnt bricks with a capacity of 15 million bricks / year, creating jobs and stable incomes for 230 officials and workers. In addition, the company also produces self-inserting bricks, some other by-products to serve the construction needs of the market.

In addition to investing in modern technology lines, the Company has well done the task of launching and implementing the research movement, registering to implement technical innovations, legalizing many production stages, replacing many manual stages with modern machinery and equipment, contributing to reduce costs, improve productivity, lower product costs, improve productivity and business efficiency.

Facing the above situation, the company puts a plan to improve the coordination of materials, adding 1 feeder to create 2 different land line, thereby calculating input materials to suit the technology as well as improving. quality of burning during the production process. The results and initiatives have increased the productivity of machine shifts, increased product quality, an average increase of 5% of the output / year, satisfactory burning quality; The shape, size and uniformity of bricks are significantly improved. The initiative has benefited the Company in 3 years more than 3.5 billion VND.

From the investment of modern advanced technology lines in the movement of promoting technical innovations, improving productivity, producing quality products, in 2018, the Company produced 49.7 million standard bricks, 7.7 million unborn bricks, 14,700 tons of cement, 710 m3 of precast concrete, 160,000 bricks inserted. Consumption of 50.2 million standard bricks, 6.7 million unborn bricks; 14,700 tons of cement; 580.7 m3 of precast concrete; 150,000 bricks inserted. Total revenue reached over 84 billion VND. Submit budget over 7.4 billion VND. The average income of employees is over 6 million VND / person / month.
