Create a 5-day Green Product Lecturer in Phnom Penh, March 26-30, 2018. The half-day training course for the National Conference on Green Productivity.

The NPCC is an agency of the Ministry of Industry and Craft of Cambodia, acts as a national productivity organization, provides consulting and support services for the public and industrial sectors, and works closely with the Ministry of Environment. to raise awareness about environmental impacts on socio-economic development.
Since 2008, the Cambodian Government has been promoting cleaner production (CP), a concept similar to Green Productivity, to make businesses more efficient and less polluting. Cleaner production is defined as the continued application of integrated, preventive environmental strategies to processes, products and services to increase efficiency and reduce risks to people and the environment.
The Green Follow-up Lecturer Training course under the National Follow-up Program has strengthened NPCC’s capacity to develop certified Green Productivity experts. While providing participants with up-to-date knowledge on Green Productivity methods, tools and techniques, the course is specifically designed to help NPCC promote Green Productivity in Cambodian businesses, especially small and medium enterprises.
Green productivity is a broad strategy to improve environmental productivity and efficiency. Effective use can lead to a positive change in socio-economic development. Green productivity productivity tools, techniques and technologies help reduce the environmental impact of commodity/product and service activities. The biggest attribute of Green Productivity is the ability to integrate environmental protection into the operation of an enterprise as a means of improving productivity. This can result in increased profits, or improved cash flow.
