Determined to innovate

In an integrated economy, investing in technological innovation is an indispensable requirement to improve production capacity, help businesses’ products increase competitiveness and meet increasingly stringent requirements of the market. As one of the first generations of entrepreneurs, Mr. Pham Luong Hoa – Chairman and CEO of CADI-SUN was soon aware of this problem. According to businessman Pham Luong Hoa, from 2016 – 2019, CADI-SUN has spent tens of millions of dollars to build a new factory, equipped with modern European production lines such as Niehoff (Germany), Setic (Italy), Rautomeat (England), Rosendahl-Unitek (Austria), etc. “Although the cost is not small, CADI-SUN is determined to invest, in order to increase output, improve quality, diversify products. Especially, in the context of fierce competition, there is no other way to innovate technology to make a difference”- Mr. Pham Luong Hoa shared.

Besides, CADI-SUN is also one of the pioneers in the wire and cable industry deploying the overall enterprise management system – ERP. Up to now, the project has basically completed phase I and began to enter phase II with a clearly defined roadmap such as training, software completion, data entry and use. To ensure progress, the leadership team of the business must be very focused and highly determined. Entrepreneur Pham Luong Hoa said that this is also an activity to improve the efficiency of corporate governance in 4.0.

Breaking success

With scientific and synchronous investment, CADISUN has increasingly affirmed its position in the domestic market, even gradually replacing imported goods. The company continuously for many years is the unit with the main industrial products of Hanoi City, with an annual increase of output (from 15 to 30%). Particularly in 2019, although the World economy has a negative impact on Vietnamese businesses, CADI-SUN still grows stably with revenue growth of 16% and output of 25%.

Thanks to meeting the increasingly stringent requirements of the market, CADI-SUN wires and cables are proud to be in the Top 1 of Vietnam’s Favorite Products in 2019. At the VNR500, CADI-SUN has taken steps. spectacular jump when raising 31 steps, ranking 312 in the Top 500 largest enterprises in Vietnam.
