Binh Thuan: Many businesses are supported with the modern machinery and equipment

In 2020, Binh Thuan Center for Industrial Promotion in coordination with the local Department of Industry and Trade has implemented a number of projects to support enterprises in the area to apply advanced machinery and equipment in production. As the beneficiary of the project “Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in the production of carton packaging”, Trung Phat Packaging Co., Ltd. has invested in a shredding machine model 400×2800; Capacity: 100-120 sheets / minute; Made in China; Binh Thuan Printing & Packaging Joint Stock Company has invested in an indenting machine to create high-class cardboard boxes.

With the project “Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in food processing”, Dam Sen Seafood Processing and Trading Co., Ltd. has invested in 04 seafood dryers, with a capacity of 30-40 kg / hour / machine. 100% new machine; Gia Thinh Salt & Trade Co., Ltd. has invested in a rotary drum dryer for production.

With the project “Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in seafood processing”, Nha Loan Co., Ltd. invested in a scale model BE15F, originating from China. The new equipment helps the Company to replace outdated crushed ice mill with low capacity and labor intensive. As a result, the Company no longer depends on factories supplying ice, and proactively takes the time of ice making in the seafood processing process.

Similarly, the project “Supporting the application of advanced machinery and equipment in corrugated and tile production” has helped Quoc Tri Binh Thuan Steel Co., Ltd. have more funding to invest 1.2 billion VND to buy 01 wave machine. 2-storey tile, model SN2T CPAC-SV, capacity of 3.5 to 4.5m / min, made in Vietnam helps improve productivity and product quality.

Although the support funding for businesses benefiting from the support projects is not too large, it is a primer to help businesses be more brave in investing in new machinery. Through the actual implementation, it can be confirmed that the above projects have helped businesses improve productivity, product quality, save fuel and fuel in production activities, thereby developing stably, sustainably and increase. income for employees and contribute to local economic development.
