Bim Son applies new technology in production to improve productivity

Bim Son Building Materials Joint Stock Company always focused on research and application of new technologies on production, expanding the scale of investment to improve productivity, revenue and income for employees.

Currently, company has 3 production lines of tuynel bricks, with a total capacity of 75 million bricks / year. In particular, the tuynel brick production line No. 3, the designed capacity of 35 million bricks / year is currently applied with tuynel kiln drying plane technology with the latest improvements, making the product more outstanding more in production, such as: Minimize dust, smoke due to waste heat is used to drying products, save fuel about 30% compared to old technology. Products of this new technology ensure rigorous technical standards, good salt tolerance and are highly appreciated by customers.

In the first 4 months of 2019, Company produced more than 35 million tuynel bricks, revenue reached 35 billion VND. Currently, company has created stable jobs for 270 employees with an income of VND 6 million / person / month.

It is known that according to the statistics of the Department of Construction in Thanh Hoa province,  province currently has 36 units of natural sand mining, with a total capacity of 740,869 m3 / year, 3 units producing crushed sand from stone and total capacity reaches 380,000 m3 / year, 4 cement production units with a total capacity of 16.61 million tons / year, tuynel brick production has 41 units with a total capacity of 1,417 million bricks / year, unburnt brick production 51 Unit with a total capacity of 1,096 million bricks / year, 2 ceramic tiles production units with a total capacity of 5.2 million bricks / year, industrial lime production 1 unit with a capacity of 450,000 tons / year, etc. However, Most of these enterprises are still using old production technologies, leading to high production costs and brick prices, and limited product quality.
